TRUCK PHYSICAL DAMAGE

Truck Physical Damage Program
Owner Operators and fleets subject to the following coverage limits:
$150,000 - Any one Tractor, Straight Truck
$100,000 - Any one Trailer
$75,000 - Trailer Interchange

Applications
We prefer to use the Gramercy Application for Truck Physical Damage Insurance.

Binding Authority
Our producers do not have binding authority. However, once Gramercy Insurance has issued a quote and the risk has not been altered in any way, you may make a written request to bind coverage by email or fax.

Submission Requirements
In addition to a fully completed and signed application, the following information is needed in order to obtain a fleet quote:

Company loss runs for the last four years
Financial statements, including income statement and balance sheet
Driver list with date of birth and date of hire
Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) on accounts
Equipment list with values and serial numbers
Fuel tax mileage reports (schedule B or IFTA) for the last two years
Summary of hiring practice guidelines
Summary of safety programs
Summary of maintenance programs

Quotes
Gramercy quotes are based on the information submitted and are valid for 30 days unless there has been a change in exposure, new claim occurrence, or an increase in the amount of existing claims.

Policy Form
We use the Gramercy Truckers Coverage Form.
