CONTRACTOR’S EQUIPMENT

Contractor's Equipment is subject to the following coverage limits:
$500,000.00 - Per unit
$1,000,000.00 - Per occurrence

Applications
We accept standard contractor's equipment forms which provide necessary information. We do not, however, use accord forms.

Binding Authority
Our producers do not have binding authority. Once an individual quote has been issued by Gramercy Insurance Company, you may make a written request to bind coverage by email or fax.

Submission Requirements
In addition to a fully completed and signed application, the following information is needed in order to obtain a fleet quote:

Company loss runs for the last four years
Company financial statements for the last two years
Equipment list with values and serial numbers
Summary of operations and exposures
Summary of security programs
Summary of maintenance programs

Quotes
Our quotes are based on information provided and are valid for 30 days unless there has been a change in exposure, new claim occurrence or an increase in the amount of existing claims.

Policy Form
Gramercy uses the AAIS Contractor's Equipment Form.
