Mrs. Hammer's many years as a successful businesswoman with an extensive background in market research and relationship management has provided invaluable insight into the establishment of the company's long range goals, strategies and policies.

As Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder of Gramercy, she is responsible for providing strategic leadership by working with the Board of Directors and Executive Management team to create the vision which drives Gramercy's growth methodology.

Mrs. Hammer is a certified member of National Women Business Owners Corporation.

Mr. Barner's understanding of financial markets coupled with his many years of executive and regulatory insurance experience has proven essential for Gramercy's continued growth and development in the commercial insurance industry.

He has the senior management responsibility for overall operational aspects of the company. His leadership plays a strategic role in the development of corporate vision, strategic planning and overall execution of corporate strategy.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Barner has been able to bridge the complexities of new technologies and employee skills with GIC's growth strategies.

Prior to joining Gramercy, he spent many years in various positions of leadership serving with the Office of the Georgia Insurance Commissioner and Bank of America.

Mrs. Toy has an extensive background of insurance accounting and reinsurance. She has more than twenty years experience in Life, Property and Casualty Insurance accounting.

As Gramercy's Treasurer, Mrs. Toy oversees all corporate and regulatory financial reporting, budgeting and treasury functions for the Company.

Prior to joining the Gramercy, she served in various leadership positions with companies as Associates Insurance Group, Price Waterhouse Coopers and TIG Insurance.
